Position Title: Senior Analyst

Position Responsibilities: Build short-term revenue forecasts for a major oncology drug manufacturer using LRP, epidemiology, demand studies, and competitive insights. Develop Marketing Mix Models (US & Germany) and a dynamic budget optimizer to guide investment decisions. Analyze multisource pharma data (sales, claims, physician-level) and deliver insights to support business planning. Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to align assumptions and integrate business context into models.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Cognitive Science (Machine Learning & Neural Computation), OR a related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Python Programming; Data Visualization; Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA); Machine Learning & Deep Learning; Large Dataset Handling; Scientific Writing & Communication; Research; Probability Theory; Linear Algebra; Anaconda, and; Git. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Bachelor’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30% as required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
